Let the redeemed of the LORD tell their story— those he redeemed from the hand of the foe…-Psalms 107:2, NIV 2011
Clean. Redeemed. Bought by ransom. What do you think, huh? As children of God, we’re gathered here today to know of our rights…and our responsibilities. It’s taken me a lot to realize that I have a value, and even if the world can’t see it, God sees it.
And it may even look that some have gone through hardships, and that their lives is a living testimony to a “Christian Superman”. Death, strife, hunger, and toil passed through their lips, and they’ve shown that they could be faithful even in trial. And you’re stuck in boring school, boring college, and that boring 9-to-5 job.
But realize, amado that YOU, out of all people, have a story to tell.
Who told you you can’t write a psalm with your life? Don’t you have Christ?
Don’t you believe in a God who’s way more powerful that what you can expect? A rich God? A living God? A holy God? A God of love?
Okay, I don’t know if you’re getting me at this point. But there is always something new, and believe me, you’re going to see that later.
What’s your story?
